最初被警方盯上时，妹子驾车逃脱了，并且领着警车以30码以下的速度追逐了那么一会儿。在驶过附近的居民区后，妹子不胜酒力，熄火投降了。据警方后来的报告描述，一位女警员帮助 Taylor 穿上了衣服，并且当场进行了呼吸测试和现场清醒测试。这个倒霉的妹子后来因为酒后驾车和拘捕被指控，并且进了局子。在缴纳3,500美刀的保释金后她暂时被释放了。但是除了她的牛仔靴之外，没有人知道她当时为什么要裸奔。
